We had been looking at real estate in Salina for the last six months when we came across Emma Bixby.  Emma asked us what we needed in a home, how much we wanted to spend and if there was a particular location close to schools, work, etc. that we wanted to live in.   We have been asked these questions before but no one else took the time to find us what we wanted.  Emma did not quit searching.  She found us our perfect home.  She went beyond the call of duty to help us with paperwork, financial institutions, inspections, etc.  Emma was devoted to making our dreams become reality.  We would recommend Emma to anyone looking for real estate.  Thank you Emma!!

   Emma, thank you for all your help in selling our house.   I appreciate how you went out of your way to stay in touch via e-mail and cell phone to make the deal happen, even though I was traveling the whole time.  Without the use of the technology we have today, the sale would have likely not gone through in time.
